Is it all linked to the Kama Sutra or is there more to it?” Here is a god place to find a wonderful description of what tantra is all about and how you can benefit from it.

“The original meaning of tantra—a Sanskrit word—is weft, continuum, or system. Originally it defined a series of teachings on systems of meditation for the purpose of using spiritual development to promote the growth and expansion of human potential within the ground of experience. The mystery of the tantra orgasm by use of tantra positions can never really be understood by the uninitiated. There is simply too little authentic information about this phenomenon available. Kissing is one of the most intimate acts of sex. There is scientific evidence that passionate kissing can stimulate the same type of brain activity as high risk activities such as bungee jumping. The feelings cause the brain to release feel good endorphins like Dopamine and Noradrenaline.
Drugs like crystal meth create similar feelings to passionate kissing and sports, but when you kiss someone you have incredible chemistry with, your brain sends messages to your body that create physical changes and sensations resulting in arousal; and if you move from kissing to caressing, oral sex, intercourse, and orgasm, your body will go through five stages of a sexual response cycle.
This is a description of some of the curriculum from Loveology University’s Kissing Certification Course.
